The 5th Michał Spisak International Music Competition in Dąbrowa Górnicza is organised by the City Hall in Dąbrowa Górnicza, Zagłębie Palace of Culture in Dąbrowa Górnicza and the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, which also provides content-related supervision. The main organiser and coordinator of the Competition acting on behalf of the City Hall is the Department of Culture and Sport at the City Hall in Dąbrowa Górnicza. The Competition will be held from 5 to 14 September 2011. in Dąbrowa Górnicza in three separate disciplines: trumpet, horn, trombone.
